In the second half of 2010 Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. Her father had a career in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also were involved in sports such as hockey on ice. Aleesha had played sports before like softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition that was 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016, in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and she was able to achieve her first professional win in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her highest performance. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
