Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American television and model. Burns began her television career in 1995, playing the lead role of Peg in the Spanish-American teen sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was added to the crew of the action-drama series Baywatch in 1998. Later, she was a part of Baywatch's sequel Baywatch: Hawaii until she quit the show due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American actress, fitness model and TV star. Most famously, she is because of her character Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama.
